Activities of Council

Works of Upazila Parishad Upazila Parishad's activities

 

Financial

(1) All matters related to Upazila Parishad fund
(2) Proposal for the expenditure of the expenditure of the Council funds,

(3) Proposals for the promotion of tickets, races, tools and fees,

(4) The annual budget of the Upazila Parishad,

(5) Annual account statement of Upazila Parishad,

(6) The revised budget of the Upazila Parishad,

(7) Proposals for the expenditure not included in this year's budget, audit of the cost of upazila council.



Developmental



(1) All development proposals / projects and proposals approved in the transfer subject, (2) All other development projects under the Upazila Parishad by the government from time to time, (3) Upazila Parishad Panchshala and Annual Development Plan and Plan Book Preparation and updating thereof, (4) All matters related to the Annual Development Plan of the Council, (5) Panchayat Annual Plan Related Issues of the Council, (6) Upazila Parishad Tax Rka bastabayanatabya approval of the plan and estimate, (7) the development of all forms of peer review the progress of implementation, monitoring and evaluation, (8) on the proposed investment in the fund.



Operational:



(1) All employees related to the employees, including officials and employees deployed by the government, related matters, (2) the formation of various committees and sub-committee,

(3) Approval of the recommendations of the committee described in Article 29 of the Upazila Parishad Act, 1998, (4) Processing of various agreements by the Upazila Parishad; (5) Review of all the activities of the council, (6) Review of the status of law and order in the upazila, (7) And rehabilitation work review.



Civic services:



(A) All the decisions taken in the meeting of the Upazila Parishad are implemented.

(B) All the proposals regarding the various activities of the Council and the steps taken to prepare the scheme for the Council.

(C) Subject to the approval of the Upazila Parishad, the control and control of the officials and employees appointed in the deputation.

          Send a proposal to the designated authority for withdrawal, transfer and disciplinary action.

(D) Expenditure on any budget related to the budget approved in the boundaries of the upazila.

(E) Contracting of all matters of the Council.

(F) To execute all the crimes organized under Upazila Parishad Act.

(G) In the Upazila Parishad, with the collection of reports and reports, and in the upazila geographical jurisdiction
